关节镜辅助微创手术治疗胫骨平台骨折的临床效果探讨

Clinical Effect Observation on Arthroscopic Assisted Minimally Invasive Surgery in Treatment of Fracture of Tibial Plateau

目的观察关节镜辅助微创手术治疗胫骨平台骨折的临床效果。方法研究对象源自整群选取该院2013年11月—2014年11月收治的72例胫骨平台骨折患者,按随机数字表法分为对照组(36例)与观察组(36例)。对照组采用传统开放手术治疗;观察组于关节镜辅助下实施微创手术。记录两组患者术后并发症发生情况,观察治疗效果。结果观察组术后并发症发生率8.3%显著低于对照组27.8%,骨折愈合优良率83.3%显著高与对照组61.1%,观察组手术时间和术中出血量[(57.63±13.37)min和(123.36±37.87)m L]均优于对照组[(77.82±13.18)min和(187.13±42.42)m L],两组比较差异有统计学意义(P<0.05)。结论于关节镜辅助下行微创手术治疗胫骨平台骨折可获得理想效果,并发症少,骨折愈合优良率高,较传统开放手术优势更显著。

Objective To observe the clinical effect of arthroscopic assisted minimally invasive surgery in treatment of fracture of tibial plateau. Methods 72 cases of patients with fracture of tibial plateau treated in our hospital from November2013 to November 2014 were selected as the research object and randomly divided into two groups with 36 cases in each,the control group were treated with traditional open surgery, the observation group were treated with arthroscopic assisted minimally invasive surgery, the occurrence of postoperative complications of the two groups was recorded and the treatment effect was observed. Results The incidence of postoperative complications in the observation group was obviously lower than that in the control group（8.3% vs 27.8%）, the excellent and good rate of fracture healing in the observation group was obviously higher than that in the control group,（83.3% vs 61.1%）, the operation time and intraoperative blood loss in the observation group were better than those in the control group, [（57.63±13.37）min and（123.36±37.87）ml] vs [（77.82±13.18）min and（187.13±42.42）ml], the differences between groups by comparison were statistically significant（P〈0.05）. Conclusion Arthroscopic assisted minimally invasive surgery in treatment of fracture of tibial plateau can obtain an ideal effect,few complications and high excellent and good rate of fracture healing, the advantage of which is more obvious compared with the traditional open surgery.
