摘要
目的探讨空心螺钉内固定治疗Lisfranc关节损伤的临床价值。方法随机选取2010年1月—2015年3月该院收治的Lisfranc关节损伤患者100例作为研究对象,将这100例患者随机分为对照组(n=50)和观察组(n=50)。对照组使用克式针,观察组患者使用空心螺钉,对临床疗效进行观察。结果观察组的总有效率92%高于对照组78%(P<0.05);治疗后观察组的关节功能评分(84.35±9.43)分高于对照组(75.17±9.02)分(P<0.05)。结论空心螺钉内固定治疗Lisfranc关节损伤,能够有效改善患者的关节功能,具有较高的临床价值。
Objective To discuss the clinical value of hollow screw internal fixation in treatment of Lisfranc joint injury.Methods 100 cases of patients with Lisfranc joint injury treated in our hospital from January 2010 to March 2015 were selected as the research object and randomly divided into two groups with 50 cases in each, the control group were treated with Kirschner wire, the observation group were treated with hollow screws, the clinical curative effect of the two groups was observed. Results The total effective rate in the observation group was higher than that in the control group（92% vs 78%）（P〈0.05）; after treatment, the joint function score in the observation group was higher than that in the control group（84.35±9.43）marks vs（75.17±9.02）marks,（P〈0.05）. Conclusion Hollow screw internal fixation in treatment of Lisfranc joint injury can effectively improve the patient＇s joint function, which is of higher clinical value.
