经腹彩色超声多普勒在前置胎盘并发胎盘植入诊断中的效果评价

Effect Evaluation of Transabdominal Color Doppler Ultrasound in Diagnosis of Placenta Praevia Complicated by Placenta Implantation

目的该研究就经腹彩色超声多普勒在前置胎盘并发胎盘植入的诊断价值进行分析与探讨。方法整群选择该院自2013年4月—2015年4月期间收治的前置胎盘患者45例,对其临床资料进行回顾性分析,且所有患者均进行经腹彩色超声多普勒检查,其后将病理结果和超声表现进行对比。结果该组45例前置胎盘患者经腹彩色超声多普勒诊断后,42例患者并发胎盘植入,诊出率为93.3%;3例患者诊断结果为假阳性。结论对前置胎盘并发胎盘植入患者采用经腹彩色超声多普勒诊断,其诊出率相对较高,具有安全性,值得在临床上进一步的应用和推广。

Objective To analyze and discuss the value of transabdominal color Doppler ultrasound in diagnosis of placenta praevia complicated by placenta implantation. Methods 45 cases of patients with placenta praevia treated in our hospital from April 2013 to April 2015 were selected and their clinical data were retrospectively analyzed, all patients received the transabdominal color Doppler ultrasound, and then the pathological results and the ultrasonic manifestations were compared.Results After the transabdominal color Doppler ultrasound, 42 cases were complicated by placenta implantation of the 45 cases of patients with placenta praevia, the diagnostic rate was 93.3%, the detection result was false positive in 3 cases.Conclusion Adopting transabdominal color Doppler ultrasound diagnosis of the patients with placenta praevia complicated by placenta implantation has a relatively higher diagnostic rate with security, which is worthy of further application and promotion in clinic.
