个体化疼痛管理在肌筋膜疼痛综合征患者围手术期的应用

Effect of Individualized Pain Management Applied to the Patients with My-ofascial Pain Syndrome in Perioperative Period

目的探讨个体化疼痛管理在肌筋膜疼痛综合征患者围手术期的应用价值。方法整群选取2014年3月—2015年3月该院收治的94例患肌筋膜疼痛综合征并住院手术治疗患者,随机分为观察组、对照组,每组47例。对照组给予常规护理,观察组在常规护理基础上给予个体化疼痛管理,包括疼痛评估、情绪调节、分散注意力、药物止痛及疼痛教育。比较两组患者术前、术后疼痛视觉模拟评分法(VAS)评分。结果观察组术前1 d、术后1 d疼痛程度均低于对照组,差异具有统计学意义(t=2.21,t=2.69,P<0.05)。两组患者出院满意度比较,观察组和对照组满意度分别为97.9%(46/47)和93.6%(44/47),差异具有统计学意义(P<0.05)。结论个体化疼痛管理能够有效降低肌筋膜疼痛综合征患者围手术期间术前、术后的疼痛程度,能够提高患者满意度,具有重要临床护理价值。

Objective To explore the effect of individualized pain management applied to the patients with myofascial pain syndrome in perioperative period. Methods 94 cases with myofascial pain syndrome hospitalized for surgical treatment from March 2014 to March 2015 were selected and randomized into the observation group and the control group with 47 cases in each. The control group received conventional nursing, while the observation group received individualized pain management based on the conventional nursing, including pain assessment, emotion regulation, distraction, drug analgesia and pain education. And the visual analogue scale（VAS） of the two groups was compared before and after surgery. Results The pain level was lower in the observation group than in the control group on the day before surgery and the day after surgery, the difference was statistically significant（t=2.21, t=2.69, P0.05）. The satisfaction rate at discharge was 97.9%（46/47） in the observation group and 93.6%（44/47） in the control group, the difference was statistically significant（P0.05）. Conclusion For patients with myofascial pain syndrome, individualized pain management can effectively relieve the preoperative and postoperative pain during the perioperative period and improve the satisfaction rate with the important value of clinical nursing.
