红蓝光照射联合美诺平颗粒治疗中重度痤疮的效果分析

Analysis of the Effect of Red and Blue Light Irradiation Combined with Meinuoping Particles in the Treatment of Moderate and Severe Acne

目的对红蓝光照射与美诺平颗粒联合在中重度痤疮治疗中的临床运用效果进行探讨。方法按随机数字表法,将整群选取的2014年5月—2015年5月该院诊治的94例中重度痤疮患者均分成治疗组与对照组,前者予以红蓝光照射+口服美诺平颗粒治疗,后者予以口服异维A酸,均持续治疗2个月;然后对两组患者的临床治疗效果加以观察与对比。结果治疗组患者的总有效率(80.9%)比对照组(68.1%)高,差异有统计学意义(P<0.05);两组患者在治疗过程中均出现了一些轻微不良反应(如灼热、脱屑、口干),经对症处理后均改善。结论对中重度痤疮患者予以红蓝光照射联合美诺平颗粒,效果显著,值得在临床上推广。

Objective To investigate the effect of red and blue light irradiation combined with Meinuoping particles in the treatment of moderate and severe acne. Methods 94 patients with moderate and severe acne diagnosed and treated in our hospital from May 2014 to May 2015 were equally divided into the treatment group and the control group in accordance with the random number table method. The treatment group received red and blue light irradiation and took Meinuoping particles orally, and the control group took Isotretinoin orally. Both groups were treated for 2 months. The clinical therapeutic effect of the two groups was observed and compared. Results The total effective rate of the treatment group was higher than that of the control group（80.9% vs 68.1%）, the difference was statistically significant（P0.05）. During the treatment,such mild adverse reactions as scorching hot, furfuration and dry mouth occurred in both groups, but the above symptoms were improved after symptomatic treatment. Conclusion For moderate and severe acne patients, red and blue light irradiation combined with Meinuoping particles have significant effect, this therapy is worthy of clinical promotion.
