摘要 钛及其合金具有密度小、比强度和比刚度高、耐腐蚀与抗疲劳、高温性能和焊接性能良好等一系列优良特性,在航天航空等军事工业和汽车等民用工业部门获得了广泛应用,堪称二十一世纪最有发展前途的轻金属结构材料之一。本文全面系统地介绍了钛合金的分类、化学成分、主要特性和工艺性能、钛的生产和消费现状与趋势以及钛合金的应用领域等,同时对钛及其合金在汽车上的应用潜力进行了深入的分析。随着技术的进步和钛材成本的降低,钛及其合金将在军工和民用工业上获得更加广泛的应用。 Ti and Ti alloys have a series of outstanding properties,such as small densities,high specific strengths and rigidities,excel- lent corrosion-resisting and antifatigue properties,good high-temperature behaviors and wedding performances and so on,and have been extensively applied to military(aerospace,et al)and civil(automobile,et al)industries,end can be rated as one of the light metal construction materials with the best development prospect.This paper comprehensively and systematically introduces the classification, chemical composition,main characteristics and processing properties,current situations and development trends of production and con- sumption as well as application areas of Ti alloys,in addition,thoroughly analyzes the potential application of Ti alloys to the automo- biles.Ti and Ti alloys will be more extensively applied to the military and civil industries along with the progress of production technology and the reduce of production cost.
