彩色多普勒超声对乳腺肿块诊断价值的临床研究

Clinical Analysis of Diagnostic Value of Color Doppler Ultrasound for Breast Mass

目的 研究彩色多普勒超声对乳腺肿块诊断价值的临床研究。方法 整群选取该院2014年1月-2015年1月收治的86例乳腺肿块患者作为研究对象,在患者知情同意下对其临床多普勒彩超诊断资料进行研究分析,经临床病理学诊断结果确诊乳腺肿块类型。结果 86例患者中经过临床彩色多普勒超声诊断发现其中良性39例,恶性44例,检测准确率为96.51%。其中良性39例患者中血流情况等级比较其RI在0.41～0.65之间;恶性44例患者中血流情况等级比较其RI在0.72～0.89之间。结论 采用彩色多普勒超声对乳腺肿块患者进行临床检测,其准确率较高,并且可以对患者的肿块边缘、轮廓、薄膜、回声等临床指标进行检测,从而进一步提高临床诊断率,确定患者乳腺肿块的情况,具有临床应用及推广价值。

Objective To research the diagnostic value of color Doppler ultrasound for breast mass. Methods 86 cases of patients with breast mass treated in our hospital from January 2014 to January 2015 were selected as the research object and the clinical diagnostic data of Doppler ultrasound were researched and analyzed with the patient＇s informed consent,the breast mass type was diagnosed by the clinical pathology diagnostic result. Results Clinical color Doppler ultrasound diagnosis showed that in the 86 cases of patients, 39 cases were benign, 44 cases were malignant, the detection accuracy rate was 96.51%, the blood flow level comparison showed that the RI of 39 benign cases was between 0.41 and 0.65 and the RI of 44 malignant cases was between 0.72 and 0.89. Conclusion The accuracy rate of color Doppler ultrasound in the clinical detection of patients with breast mass is high, and it can detect the patient＇s clinical indicators such as mass margin, outline, film and echo thus further improving the clinical diagnostic rate and making sure the patient＇s breast mass condition,which is worth clinical application and promotion.
