摘要
为研究和开发新型宠物微生态制剂,解决耐药性、药物残留等问题,从健康犬新鲜粪便中分离获得1株具有较高抗逆性的菌株,命名为HEW—Q214,通过形态观察、生理生化特性和16SrDNA序列同源性分析,鉴定该菌株为枯草芽孢杆菌,通过抑菌试验和耐药性试验表明,HEW—Q214对大肠杆菌、金黄色葡萄球菌及沙门氏菌均有明显的抑菌效果,对大多数抗生素较敏感。
In order to research and develop new pet probiotics, and resolve drug resistance, drug residues and other issues, a strain with higher resistance isolated from fresh feces of healthy dogs ,named HEW- Q214 ,the strain was identified as Bacillus subtilis by morphological, physio- logical,biochemical characteristics and 16S rDNA sequence analysis. The inhibition test and drug test showed that HEW- Q214 had significant inhibitory effect to Escherichia coli, Staphylococcus aureus and Salmonella, and was more sensitive to most antibiotics.
