海派文化是上海地域文化,具有开放性、创新性、扬弃性、包容性等基本特征,其中很多资源可以成为上海高校大学生思政教育的重要素材和载体。海派文化视阈下的上海高校思政工作和大学生日常学习、生活环境紧密相连,可以增强思政工作的说服力和吸引力。探究如何将海派文化素材及其精神内涵潜移默化地融入到上海高校大学生思政教育体系当中,有助于大学生对海派文化进行深入了解,有利于拓宽上海高校思政教育工作的载体和路径,从而提升思政教育的有效性和针对性。

Shanghai regional culture has many features such as openness,innovation,developing the useful and discarding the useless,tolerance and so on. A lot of resources among them can be the materials and carriers of the ideological and political education of Shanghai college students. The ideological and political education in Shanghai colleges should be closely linked with the college students＇ learning and living environment,which can strengthen the persuasiveness and attraction of the education. The paper does a research on how to integrate the materials and spirit of Shanghai regional culture into the ideological and political education to help the students learn it,widen its path and improve the effectiveness and pertinence of the education.
