摘要
在普通过磷酸钙生产磨矿前端使用助磨剂,试图提高磨矿效率,降低能耗。试验表明使用矿石助磨剂能降低矿浆水分,降低矿浆粘度,改善矿浆流动性。此外,因为其减水、助磨的作用,提高了矿浆细度,使鲜肥水分降低、转化率提高,实现了节能降耗。
Grinding agent is employed during the ordinary superphosphate production, trying to improve the grinding efficiency, reducing energy consumption. The results showed that the agent can reduce slurry moisture, reduce the pulp viscosity, improving pulp liquid. In addition, because of the reduced water content and grinding effect, the fineness of pulp was improved, the water content of fresh fat was decreased, the conversion increased, saving energy and reducing consumption.
