Fetal heart monitoring is one of the monitoring of fetal intrauterine condition, which aims to find the fetal intrauterine hypoxia in time, and more and more widely used in clinic. In clinical application, fetal monitoring curve is often affected by various factors, leading to false positive rate and the excessive diagnosis of fetal distress. This paper analyzes the common problems in the clinical application of fetal heart monitoring, discusses the methods of improving the accuracy of fetal heart rate monitoring curve, points out the importance of strengthening the quality and skill training, and puts forward some suggestions for the maintenance and management of the instrument.
