摘要
目的:研究女性泌尿生殖道支原体感染状况及其药物敏感性,为临床合理用药提供依据。方法:回顾分析428例支原体定性定量检测阳性的患者,并做支原体的药物敏感试验。观察统计并分析检测结果。结果:文章对428例检测支原体感染阳性患者完成了12种抗生素的敏感试验,对单纯UU感染的敏感试验结果显示较为敏感的抗生素为:交沙霉素(100%)、强力霉素(97.57%)、美满霉素(97.17%)、加替霉素(96.36%)、克拉霉素(93.12%);单一MH感染较为敏感的抗生素为:交沙霉素(92.68%)、强力霉素(90.24%)、美满霉素(82.93%);UU+MH混合感染较为敏感的抗生素为:交沙霉素(91.42%)、强力霉素(88.57%)、美满霉素(82.14%)。结论:文章结果显示交沙霉素、强力霉素、美满霉素可以作为治疗支原体感染的首选药物。
Objective: To investigate the infection and drug resistance of Mycoplasma of female urogenital tract, in order to provide an evidence for clinical rational use of drug. Methods: Retrospective analysis of 428 cases of Mycoplasma qualitative and quantitative detection of positive patients, And the drug sensitive test of Mycoplasma. Observation statistics and analysis of test results. Results: The sensitivity test of 12 antibiotics in 428 patients with positive detection of Mycoplasma infection, The drug sensitivity results of 12 kinds of antimicrobial agents showed that single in fection UU was more sensitive to Josamycin(100%), doxycycline(97.57%), minocycline(97.17%), Gatifloxacin(96.36), Clarithromycin(93.12); Single in fection MH was more sensitive to Josamycin(92.68%), doxycycline(90.24%), minocycline(82.93%), Mixed infection of UU and MH was more sensitive to josamycin(91.42%), doxycycline(88.57%), minocycline(82.14%); Conclusion: The results showed that josamycin, doxycycline and minocycline can be used as the preferred drug for the treatment of Mycoplasma infection.
