益脾滋肾消食方治疗小儿非感染性腹泻疗效观察

Therapeutic observation of Yi Pi Zi Shen Xiao Shi prescription for the treatment of noninfectious diarrhea in children

目的:探讨自拟益脾滋肾消食方治疗小儿非感染性腹泻的临床疗效。方法:将68例非感染性腹泻患儿随机分为治疗组和对照组各34例,治疗组采用益脾滋肾消食方治疗,对照组用蒙脱石散进行治疗,评估两组患者临床疗效。结果:治疗后临床疗效比较,治疗组总有效率(94.1%)明显优于对照组(73.5%),治疗组起效时间与对照组起效时间比较无明显差异,但治疗组复发率明显低于对照组。治疗组改善患儿免疫功能指标Ig A、Ig G及CD4/CD8方面明显优于对照组。结论:益脾滋肾消食方治疗小儿非感染性腹泻具有良好的临床的疗效,能够显著降低该病的复发率。疗效的取得有可能是中医药通过调节机体免疫功能来实现的。

Objective： To observe the therapeutic effect of Chinese medicine Yi Pi Zi Shen Xiao Shi prescription on noninfectious diarrhea in children.Methods：68 cases of children with noninfectious diarrhea were randomly divided into treatment group （n=34） and control group （n=34）.The treatment group uses the Yi Pi Zi Shen Xiao Shi prescription, while the control group uses Montmorillonite Powder ,to value therapeutic effect. Results： The total effective rate in treatment group （94.1%） was better than that in control group（73.5%）,and recurrence rate in treatment group was better than in control group .But time to onset was no significant difference between two groups .Treatment group to improve immunity indexes such as IgA,IgC,and CD4/CD8 is better than that in control group .Conclusion： The Chinese native medicine Yi Pi Zi Shen Xiao Shi decoction has good therapeutic effect on noninfectious diarrhea in children., which can significantly reduce the recurrence rate. The therapeutic effect is likely to be achieved by regulating immune function.
