摘要
目的:探讨老年糖尿病患者低血糖症的临床护理措施。方法:利用回顾性分析的方法,对87例老年糖尿病患者的临床资料进行分析研究。结果:低血糖症得到及时纠正,未引起其它严重并发症。结论:老年糖尿病患者应重在预防,加强预见性护理,加强沟通,重视老年糖尿病患者的健康教育,合理调节饮食,适当运动,正确应用降糖药物,可有效的避免低血糖症的发生。
The paper aims to study on the clinical nursing of elderly diabetic patients with hypoglycemia by using the retrospective analysis and analyzing the clinical data of 87 cases of the elderly patients with diabetes. It turns out that the hypoglycemia might be rectified in time without causing any other serious complications. In conclusion, the elderly patients with diabetes should pay attention to precaution, strengthen the predictive nursing and communication, attache great importance to the health education about the elderly patients with diabetes, keep reasonable diets and proper exercise and develop the correct use of hypoglycemic drugs, which shall effectively refrain from the hypoglycemia.
