摘要
改良了罗氏沼虾育苗用蛋羹配方,新配方为:"一个鲜鸡蛋+5克鱼粉+3克田螺肉糜"。对比了4种蒸制时间的蛋羹的育苗效果,结果表明,使用蒸制5分钟的蛋羹育苗成活率最高,蒸制时间越长,育苗成活率越低。
The formula of egg custard used for Macrobrachium rosenbergii larval rearing was improved, the new formula is: "a fresh egg +5g fish meal+3g snail meat meal". The breeding effect of four different steamed time custard was compared. The results show that using custard of steam 5 minutes had the highest seedling survival rate, when steaming time prolonged, seedling survival rate showed the downward trend.
