地方高校教师入职培训工作现状及建议

高校教师入职培训,又称岗前培训,是从学生到教师或从政企单位员工到教师角色转变的重要培训,对提高高校教师的教学业务能力、技能操作水平以及管理水平,尽快转变角色,适应高校教学工作,有着重要的意义。文章对地方高校教师入职培训存在问题进行分析,提出几点建议。
