农科专业大学生创业意愿及动力机制研究——以福建农林大学农科专业大学生为案例

Research on the Entrepreneurial Intention and Dynamic Mechanism of Agricultural College Students——A Case of Agricultural College Students in Fujian Agriculture and Forestry University

以福建农林大学农科专业大学生为案例,采用问卷调查法、访谈法和Logistic模型进行数据采集和分析,实证分析了影响农科大学生创业意愿强弱的主要因素,总结了农科大学生创业的制约原因,并针对性地提出引导端正创业理念,提高风险意识;培养创业意识,拓宽融资渠道;建立健全创业培训体系,加强创业教育及完善创业扶持政策,改善创业环境等对策建议。

By taking the agricultural college students of Fujian Agriculture and Forestry University as a case,and using the questionnaire survey,interview method and Logistic model to collect and analyze relevant data,the main factors affecting the entrepreneurial intention of agricultural college students were empirically analyzed.Then,the constraints in entrepreneurship of agricultural college students were summarized.The countermeasures were pointedly put forward including leading students to rectify entrepreneurial ideas and strengthening risk awareness,cultivating entrepreneurial awareness and expanding financing channels,establishing a sound entrepreneurship training system and strengthening entrepreneurship education,perfecting support policies for entrepreneurship and improving the entrepreneurial environment.
