云霄县基层农业推广培训教育存在的问题与对策

Existing Problems of Basic-level Agricultural Extension Training Education in Yunxiao County and Its Countermeasures

为了促进云霄县基层农业推广培训教育的发展,通过问卷调查和实地访谈,揭示了云霄县基层农业推广培训教育存在的问题,主要表现在推广体系不健全、培训教育人员队伍素质不高、农业科技供给不足与供需脱节、农民思想观念落后、资金不足及法制建设不完善等方面;最后提出应建立完善的基层农业推广培训教育体系和人才队伍、深化农业科研体制改革、创新培训方式、建立多元化的融资渠道及完善的法律体系等对策建议。

In order to promote the development of basic-level agricultural extension training education in Yunxiao County,with the use of field interviews and questionnaire surveys,the existing problems in basic-level agricultural extension training education in Yunxiao County were revealed,which included imperfect promotion system,low quality of training personnel,insufficient supply and disjointed supply and demand of agricultural science and technology,backward thoughts and ideas of farmers,inadequate funds and imperfect legal construction.Last,the countermeasures were put forward from the aspects such as establishing complete system of basic-level agricultural extension training education and talent team,deepening the reform of agricultural scientific research system,innovating training methods,establishing diversified financing channels and perfect legal system.
