摘要
为改善苗期残膜捡拾效果,在借鉴国内外残膜回收技术的基础上,设计苗期曲轴滚筒式捡膜机构,推动残膜机械化回收的进程。该残膜捡拾机构采用起膜铲松土、捡膜齿挑膜、卸膜辊将捡膜齿上的残膜刷至集膜箱中,便于集中处理残膜。对曲轴滚筒式捡膜机构进行设计,并分析捡膜机构的运动特性。通过分析得到残膜捡拾机能够正常工作的前进速度范围为2.6~3.8m/s,滚筒转动速度的合理运行值为30~50r/min。
In order to improve the effect of residual film collector in seedling stage,on the basis of the residual film recovery technology at home and abroad for reference,the seedling crankshaft drum pick up membrane institutions was designed,and it can promote the process of mechanization of residual film recycling.The collector and the residual film with the film shovel dirt,tooth pick up membrane film,film roll unloading will pick the residual membrane on the tooth brush to set of membrane box,easy to focus on the membrane.It was carried on the design of crankshaft drum pick up membrane,and analyzed of the movement characteristics of picking up membrane institutions.Through analysis:the residual film collecting machine work speed is in the range of 2.6~3.8m/s,roller rotation velocity of the reasonable operation is value of 30~50r/min.
