水稻秧苗田间运输机的设计与试验 被引量:3

摘要 为解决目前水稻秧苗从地头运送到插秧机上大部分靠人工来完成的难题,设计一款水稻秧苗田间运输机。介绍整机设计的关键技术,确定整机设计与工作原理,着重研究设计独轮驱动机头、驱动轮以及行走传动箱,并进行田间试验。秧苗运输机田间试验结果显示,机器最小转弯半径1 800mm,最小离地间隙460mm,最大轮陷深度120mm,运输秧苗100盘,运输效率可达0.6hm2/h。试验结果表明秧苗运输机能够较好的在田间行走,并且所运输的秧苗能够满足插秧机一次性作业的需求。 In order to solve the problems of the transportation of the rice seedling from ridge to the rice transporter is mostly completed by manpower,the rice seedling filed transporter was designed,the key technology of whole machine was introduced,the whole machine design and working principle were given,single wheel driving machine's head,driving wheel and the walking gearbox were focused on design,and also do experiment in the paddy filed.The seedling transporter in paddy filed showed that the minimum turning radius of the machine less than 1 800 mm,ground clearance less than 460 mm,the depth of the wheel fall into filed no more than120 mm,conveying 100 disc seedling,working efficiency was up to 0.6hm2/h.The experimental results indicate that the rice seedling transporter can working well in paddy fields,and the transporter which conveys rice seedling can meet with the rice transporter disposable operation.
