摘要 针对宁夏南部山区海鲜菇生长发育过程对环境有较强依赖性的特点,基于传感器技术、组态监控技术、PLC技术及模糊控制技术,设计一种海鲜菇菇棚环境因子监控系统,实现对菇棚内的温度、湿度、CO2浓度和光照四个主要环境因子数据实时采集记录、存储及监控,同时根据海鲜菇在生长发育过程对环境因子的不同需求,基于PLC对空调、喷淋装置、风扇和日光灯等执行机构控制运行,从而实现菇棚内环境因子的自动化调控,为海鲜菇在适宜环境条件下生长提供了技术保障。 The growth of hypsizygus marmoreus in the southern mountains of Ningxia are strongly dependent on the environment.This paper presents environmental factors control system of mushroom shed based on sensor technology、configuration monitoring technology、PLC technology and fuzzy control technology,realizes the data real-time and online automatic acquisition and recording,regulation and the monitoring of four main environmental factor,including temperature,humidity,CO2 concentration and light intensity in the mushroom shed.Meanwhile,based on the different needs of environmental factors for hypsizygus marmoreus growth and development,the system controlled air conditioning,sprinklers,ventilation fans,astigmatism lights by using PLC,so as to realize the automation control of the mushroom shed and to provide technical support for hypsizygus marmoreus of growth in suitable environment conditions.
