摘要 为解决生牛规模化养殖企业对牛舍环境参数较难实时监控的问题,设计一种基于嵌入式ARM技术和WIFI无线传输技术的实时牛舍环境参数监控系统。该系统由监控端、无线数据传输网络、数据采集和设备控制单元组成,选用AT89S52处理器对多种传感器采集到的环境数据打包,由WIFI模块发送至监控端。监控端上位机软件对采集到的数据进行处理后向AT89S52处理器传送控制指令,由其操作不同机械设备调节牛舍内的温度、湿度、气体(CO2、NH3、H2S)浓度。其中监控端运行在搭载Linux操作系统的嵌入式ARM平台上,利用Qt开发环境设计的操作界面简洁方便。测试结果表明,该系统能够实时准确地监控牛舍环境参数,在保证牛舍内温湿度基本恒定的前提下,使气体浓度维持在适宜范围内,在生牛养殖业具有实际参考意义。 For the problem of environment parameters of cowshed cannot be real-time monitored,a kind of cowshed environment monitoring system based on embedded ARM and WIFI wireless transmission technology is designed.It consists of monitoring terminal,wireless data transmission network,data collection and equipment control unit,packaging the environment data from multiple sensors by AT89S52 processor and sent to the monitoring terminal through the WIFI module.Dealing with collected data by monitoring software and then transmiting control instructions to AT89S52 processor,regulating the cowshed temperature,relative humidity,gas(CO2、NH3、H2S)concentration.Monitoring terminal adopts embedded ARM platform carrying Linux operating system,the operation interface designed by Qt development environment is simple and convenient.Test results show that cowshed environment parameters can be accurately monitored by this system,on the premise of guaranteeing basic temperature and humidity constant in the cowshed,gas concentration can be kept in a suitable range with practical reference significance to the industry of cattle breeding.
