摘要 随着农业现代化技术的发展,保护性耕种机具正在逐步推广和应用。介绍一种基于ARM微处理器的玉米免耕播种施肥机监控系统的软、硬件设计,该系统装设在免耕播种施肥机上进行播种监测和施肥控制,保障机具的可靠工作。采用STM32F103VET6微处理器作为控制核心,采用直流减速电机进行施肥控制,通过光电技术实现播种器的计数和漏播检测,通过测量机具前行的速度和控制施肥电机速度实现变量施肥;同时该系统具有语音报警、播种记录查询、作业亩数查询、参数设定等功能。通过大量田间测试表明,该系统稳定可靠,适合大面积推广应用。 With the development of technology of modern agriculture,conservation tillage equipment is gradually popularized and applied.This paper introduces a kind of software hardware design of the corn no-tillage seeding and fertilizing machine monitoring system based on ARM microprocessor,the system is installed in the no-tillage seeding and fertilizing machine for seeding and fertilizing monitoring control,to prove reliable jobs of equipment.Using the STM32F103VET6 microprocessor as the control core,using the DC Geared Motor to control the fertilizing,counting and testing of seed sowing leakage through the photoelectric technology,implementing the variable rate fertilization by measuring the speed of the machine and controlling the speed of the fertilizing motor.At the same time,this system also have some functions,such as,voice alarming,seeding record querying,working area querying,parameter setting.On account of we make plenty of field tests dedicate that the very system has a stable performance and a reliable running,thus,it can be widely generalized.
