宫角妊娠和间质部妊娠的超声定位诊断

Ultrasonography in Locating Diagnosis of Uterus Cornea Pregnancy and Interstitial Tubal Pregnancy

目的:探讨超声检查在宫角妊娠和间质部妊娠定位诊断中的临床价值。方法:回顾性分析33例宫角妊娠和间质部妊娠的超声声像图特征,并随访术后结果。结果:38例患者中,宫角妊娠25例,间质部妊娠13例,超声正确诊断32例,准确率为84.21%(32/38)。定位诊断要点为宫角妊娠的病灶与宫腔内膜相连,周围的肌层组织较厚且完整,而间质部妊娠的病灶与宫腔内膜不相连,周围的肌层组织薄且不完整。结论:超声检查定位诊断宫角妊娠和间质部妊娠的准确性较高,具有重要的临床价值。

Objective：To explore the clinical value of the ultrasonography in locating diagnosis of uterus cornea pregnancy and interstitial tubal pregnancy.Method：Ultrasonographic features of 33 cases of pregnancy and interstitial pregnancy were analyzed retrospectively,and then followed up the results.Result：In 38 cases,25 cases of uterine horn pregnancy,13 cases of interstitial pregnancy, 32 cases were diagnosed by ultrasound,the accuracy rate was 84.21%（32/38）.The key points of location and diagnosis：the lesion of uterine horn pregnancy was connected with the inner cavity of the uterine cavity,the thickness and integrity of the surrounding muscle layer,while the interstitial pregnancy was not connected with the inner part of the uterine cavity, and the surrounding muscle layer was thin and incomplete.Conclusion：The accuracy of ultrasound diagnosis of uterine horn pregnancy and interstitial pregnancy is high,which has important clinical value.
