摘要
RS485总线由于其布线简单、稳定可靠而广泛的应用于工业现场,但是工业现场干扰源及其丰富,为保障系统的可靠性,本文提出的总线终端采用光电隔离、电磁隔离等多重隔离等多种抗干扰措施,同时还考虑总线终端在过电压、雷击防护方面的保护。文中详细给出终端的设计过程,并对其进行试验研究,发现该终端在4 800bps通讯速率下通讯正常,而9 600bps通讯速率下通讯异常;进而对控制和数据信号进行测试、分析,找到高波特率异常的原因,提出提高该终端通讯速率的方法并进行试验验证。结果表明该方法可行,可解决高波特率异常的不足,改进后的终端满足完全可满足工业现场的应用。
RS485bus due to its wiring is simple,stable and reliable and widely used in industrial field.Paper introduces a controller based on AMD2582 bus RS485bus terminal,detailed introduces the system design process,and carries on the experiment,found in4800 BPS communication is normal,while 9600 BPS communication exception.Through the control and data signal test and analysis,find out the reason of the abnormal high baud rate,improve the terminal communication rate method is proposed and is verified,the results show that the method is feasible and can completely solve the abnormal high baud rate.
