摘要
目的:探讨全程健康教育模式在糖尿病护理管理中的应用效果。方法:回顾性分析2013年3月-2015年3月笔者所在医院收治的40例糖尿病患者的临床资料,依据是否实施全程健康教育模式进行分组,对照组20例和全程健康教育模式组20例。结果:两组患者护理前空腹血糖、餐后2h血糖比较,差异均无统计学意义(P>0.05)。两组患者护理前糖尿病认知水平评分比较,差异无统计学意义(P>0.05)。全程健康教育模式组护理后空腹血糖、餐后2h血糖均低于对照组,全程健康教育模式组护理后糖尿病认知水平评分高于对照组,差异均有统计学意义(P<0.05)。结论:全程健康教育模式在糖尿病护理管理中应用后,可以明显改善患者血糖水平,提高糖尿病认知,值得临床推广应用。
Objective:To investigate the application effect of the whole health education model in the management of diabetes mellitus nursing.Method:The clinical data of 40 patients with diabetes mellitus in our hospital from March 2013 to March 2015 were analyzed retrospectively,based on whether the implementation of the whole health education model,they were divided into the two groups,the control group for 20 cases and the whole health education model group for 20 cases.Result:The FBG,2h PBG of the two groups before nursing were compared,the differences were not statistically significant(P〈0.05).The diabetic cognitive level scores of the two groups before nursing were compared,there was no statistically significant difference(P〈0.05).The FBG,2h PBG of the whole health education model group after nursing,which were lower than those in the control group,the diabetic cognitive level score of the whole health education model group after nursing,which was higher than in the control group,the differences were statistically significant(P〈0.05).Conclusion:The whole course health education model is applied in the management of diabetes nursing,it can significantly improve the blood glucose level of patients, improve the cognition of diabetes,it is worthy of clinical application.
