摘要
以岩棉裸板为保温芯材,配以专用表面隔离改性剂(粘结剂)和玻璃纤维网格布,将玻璃纤维网格布完全包覆在岩棉板表面,制备了表面改性复合岩棉板。重点研究了岩棉板专用表面隔离改性剂的施工性能以及对岩棉板力学性能、耐侵蚀性能等指标的影响。同时,介绍了表面改性复合岩棉板在屋面系统中的应用。
The production of surface modified composite rockwool board is taking bare rockwool board as insulation core material, using special surface isolating modifier（binder） and glass fiber grid cloth, having the rockwool board surface fully wrapped by glass fiber grid cloth. The article has a detailed study on application performance of the surface isolating modifier special for rockwool board, and its influence on the mechanical property, anti-corrosion property and other performances of rockwool board. Meanwhile, the article introduces the application of surface modified composite rockwool board in roof system.
