摘要
以某拆迁安置小区旧屋面渗漏维修为实际案例,从该屋面渗漏现象、材料选择、工程原设计、实际施工状况等方面入手,分析屋面渗漏的原因,然后确定维修处理办法,对工程原状存在的渗漏隐患和构造上的不足进行了改造处理。
Taking the leakage maintenance for the old roofs of a resettled residential community as practical cases, the article analyzes the leaking causes from the aspects of leaking phenomena, materials selection, project original design and actual construction situation and so on. Then, it decides maintenance methods, and modifies the hidden troubles of original waterproofing state and deficiencies existed in structures.
