The＂Four Comprehensives＂Strategy is the full expression of China＇s national governance since the 18 th CPC National Congress. The development discourse of the ＂Four Comprehensives＂,which has the characteristics of holism and scientificalness,uses the historical materialism as a method to analyses developing problems emerging around constantly. The development discourse of the ＂Four Comprehensives＂realizes the dialectical unity with the historical logic of the Chinese Dream historically,cognitively,and theoretically. And lastly,the development discourse of the ＂Four Comprehensives＂would help us understand more about Chinese road,theory,and institution,would help us explain more powerfully about the development of China,and would help the other countries from the world understand more about the development discourse of China.
