摘要
针对某商用车在100%正面刚性墙碰撞中,前排座椅出现塌陷的问题,通过台车试验对问题进行再现,并建立CAE分析模型,将分析模型与台车试验结果进行对标,将验证后的模型用于对座椅结构进行优化,通过改变座椅关键部件的材料强度和厚度来解决座椅塌陷问题,最终优化结果很好地改善了座椅塌陷的问题。
Aiming at the commercial vehicle seat collapse problem in the 100% frontal rigid wall crash test, the problem reappear is made through the sled test, and the computer simulation model is built. The result is correlated, the seat structural is optimized, and the material intensity and thick- ness for the key components are changed. The problem is improved by the optimization result.
