农民工市民化是我国工业化进程中的独特现象。加强职业技能培训是推动农民工市民化的必要举措。应从做好培训需求分析入手,提高农民工职业技能培训的针对性,同时加大资金投入,注重培训与就业的一体性,积极促进农民工群体就业,推动农民工市民化进程。

Migrant works＇ citizenship is a unique phenomenon in the process of industrialization in China. Strengthening their vocational skills training is a necessary measure. First, we should analyze their training needs, and at the same time, increase the capital investment, paying attention to the training pertinence, the integration, and the group employment, and finally promote it actively.
