论民办高校“双师型”教师培养的途径

Development of Teachers with “Double-Capability” in Private Colleges

建立民办高校是时代发展的需要,特殊时期的产物,其在办学规模以及人才培养方面都突显了自己的独特贡献。但由于民办院校存在不久,管理、用人等体制尚未发展完善,存在师资队伍不够合理等问题,使之无法媲美实力雄厚的公办院校。同时,与高职高专院校相比,民办院校又缺乏相对专业化的职业技术教育,所以,建设"双师型"教师队伍成为民办院校提高办学质量,走出自己特色的有效途径。

Setting private colleges is the need of particular time, and it contributes a lot in college construction and talent cultivation. Yet, it could not match the superiority of public school because of the short experience, managing system, personal employment and the unreasonable structure of teaching staff.Besides, it also does not have the advantage over a vocational college in the aspect of vocational and technique education. Thus, double-capability teachers＇ training is the key to make a breakthrough in the quality of education and a way of their own characteristics.
