高校非正式组织在学生管理中的策略研究

Strategy Research on the Informal Organizations in University Student Management

高校中非正式组织是指除学生会、团委会、班级、团支部以外的以共同的学术追求、兴趣爱好为基础,以网络虚拟交流和现实聚会讨论等为纽带的无形"朋友圈"。文章从非正式组织的概述入手,介绍其含义、产生原因、特征、分类,分析其对高校学生管理的正面积极作用和负面消极作用,最后对非正式组织在学生管理工作的应用策略进行了初步探讨。

The informal organizations in universities are the invisible circle of friends in pursuit of common academic and same hobbies, basing on the discussion of the network virtual communication and the actual meeting, except the organizations such as students＇ union, class, and youth league committee. From summarizing the informal organization, the author introduces its definition, causes, features, and classification, then analyzes the positive and negative effect of college students ＇ management, and finally discusses its application in the management of students.
