叙述了当前我国风机故障及状态管理的现状和计算机辅助风机故障及状态管理的意义、任务、功能和服务对象,设计和实现了风机故障及状态基础数据收集方法以及对数据统计和分析的计算方法。经实际使用表明该系统对降低风机突发故障,避免重大事故,提高风机利用率有实际意义。

The present state of fault and state management of fan is described. And the meanings, task, function and the serving object of the fault and state management of the computer-aided fan are introduced. The collecting method of basic data about fault and state of fan is designed and realized. The calculating method about data statistic and analysis is also designed and realized. The array of fact shows that the system can reduce the abrupt fault, avoid the fatal accident, and improve the fan utilization.
