摘要
分析了转子轴承系统中流体动态力的形成和自激振动的产生与油膜涡动、油膜振荡的故障。根据轴承中流体流动形态与流体平均周向均速度关系对转子失稳作一理论分析和实验研究总结,系统地探讨了转子轴承系统中润滑流体流态与失稳机理。
The formation of fluid dynamic force and the occurrence of self-excited vibration and oil film vortex of rotor system are analyzed. A theoretical analysis and a conclusion of experimental study about lost stability of rotor are carried out according to the relationship between the flow form and the average circumferential velocity of fluid in bearing. The flow form and the lost stability mechanism of lubricating fluid in rotor bearing is systematically discussed.
