摘要
介绍了可编程序控制器司C200HE PLC对轮胎行业中的硫化机控制系统的研究。以前使用的硫化机应用是通过继电器进行联锁控制,此种控制方法不仅可靠性及灵活性差,而且故障率较高并且维修困难。通过PLC对系统进行优化,可以提高设备运行的可靠性。经过PLC可编程控制器控制后的硫化机不仅自动化程度有较大幅度的提高,而且运行稳定可靠,并且硫化效率与硫化质量有一定的提高。
This paper introduces the research of programmable controller C200 HE PLC on curing press control system. The relay interlocking control method was previously used on curing press,by which not merely had poor reliability and flexibility, but a high failure rate and maintenance difficulties; PLC optimizing the system can improve the reliability of the equipment operation. After modification, the curing press achieves a higher level of automation, more stable and reliable operation, and higher vulcanization efficiency and quality.
