摘要
针对火电厂一次风粉流速在线测量直接关系到火电厂安全、经济、环保、高效运行的情况,本文提出了一种基于静电传感器的气固两相流流速测量系统,采用静电传感器结合互相关算法这一研究方法来检测风粉速度,主要从理论分析和实验方面进行了研究,实验结果表明所提出的速度测量系统误差小、稳定度高、对环境的适应性强。
Primary air flow rate online measurement system is directly related to safety, economy, environmental protection and efficient operation of thermal power plants. This paper proposes a gas-solid two-phase flow velocity measuring system based on electrostatic sensor,which using electrostatic senso combining with algorithm to test air flow rate. This paper Mainly studied rom the aspects of theory analysis and experiment, and results show that the proposed speed measurement system error is small, high stability and strong adaptability to the environment.
