大剂量维生素C与菠萝蛋白酶联合治疗精液液化异常临床效果评价

Clinical effect of high dose vitamin C combined with pineapple protease in the treatment of abnormal semen liquefaction

目的：探讨大剂量维生素C与菠萝蛋白酶联合治疗精液液化异常临床效果。方法：选取我院收治的精液液化异常患者130例,收治年限为2013年4月~2015年5月,按照随机数字分组法分为两组,一组患者采用单一大剂量维生素C治疗,称为对照组,另一组患者采用大剂量维生素C与菠萝蛋白酶联合治疗,称为观察组,观察两组临床效果。结果：观察组治疗总有效率、精子液化时间、精子活动力及精子存活率明显优于对照组（P〈0.05）。结论：大剂量维生素C与菠萝蛋白酶联合治疗精液液化异常具有显著的临床效果,能够明显缩短精液液化时间,降低精液的黏稠度,提高精子的存活力,值得在临床上推广。

Objective：To investigate the clinical effect of combined treatment of high dose vitamin C and pineapple enzyme in the treatment of abnormal semen liquefaction. Methods：our hospital semen Abnormal Liquefaction of 130 cases of patients with,from period of April 2013 to 2015 may,in accordance with the randomly divided into 2 groups,a group were treated with a single large dose vitamin C treatment,said as control group,another group of patients with large doses of vitamin C and pineapple protease combination therapy,said as the observation group,observe the clinical effect of two groups of semen Abnormal Liquefaction patients. Results：the total effective rate,sperm liquefaction time,sperm motility and sperm survival rate in the observation group were significantly better than those in the control group（P 0.05）. Conclusion：high dose vitamin C with bromelain therapy combined with semen liquefied anomaly has significant clinical effect,can significantly shorten the semen liquefaction time,reduce semen viscosity,improve sperm viability,it is worth clinical further promotion and use.
