有限元辅助设计优化模型试验

摘要 钢结构桥梁复杂关键节点的应力一直都是设计者们关心的问题,以西大盈港桥为工程背景,在常用的应力云图定性比较分析的基础上,引入统计学中曲线拟合优度检验的方法,利用ANSYS有限元软件对实验模型的尺寸大小和边界条件等进行分析设计,找出影响模型试验精度的主要因素,综合考虑试验经费、试验器材以及应力真实程度等各方面因素,为优化模型试验方案提供依据。 The stress of complex key node of steel structural bridge is always the issue concerned by the designers.Taking West Daying Harbor Bridge as the engineering background,the size and boundary conditions of the laboratory model are analyzed and designed by the use of ANSYS finite element software,the introduction of curve fitting goodness test method in statistics and one the basis of common stress nephogram qualitative comparison and analysis to find the main factors influencing the accuracy of model experiment.The article comprehensively considers the experimental fund,experimental equipment and real stress level,which can provide the basis for optimizing the model experiment scheme.
