大连南部滨海大道建设工程施工交通组织分析

Analysis on Traffic Organization of Engineering Construction for Southern Binhai Avenue of Dalian

在城市建成区内进行市政工程建设,施工期间将对现有的城市交通产生影响,常导致车辆通行不畅。为了缓解这些影响,需对工程施工期间的交通组织提出有效的调整方案。此外,施工排渣车辆排放时间与交通组织如果不当,也将对沿线居民和现有交通产生诸多不利影响。现根据大连市南部滨海大道东端建设工程建设方案,对现状交通将会产生的影响进行分析,从而提出相应的解决措施,并对工程施工期间的排渣车辆的排放过程与行车路线进行了统一安排,有效地降低了工程建设产生的各种影响。

The municipal engineering construction in the built area of city will cause the influence on the existing urban traffic during its construction,which often leads to the traffic congestion.In order to relief the influence,it is required to propose the effective scheme of traffic organization during the engineering construction.In addition,the improper discharging time of construction slagging vehicles with the traffic organization will cause many negative influences on the residents and existing traffic along the line.Based on the scheme of Dalian Southern Binhai Avenue East End Construction Project,the article analyzes the influence on the existing traffic so as to propose the relative solving measures,and describes the unified arrangement of the discharging process and driving circuit of slagging vehicles during the engineering construction,which effectively reduce various influences on the engineering construction.
