摘要
半刚性基层沥青路面是我国高等级公路和城市路面的主要结构形式,具有较好的板体性和较高的强度、能够有效提高沥青路面结构的承载能力、工程造价低等优点,但半刚性材料也具有难以克服的干缩和温缩特性,会导致半刚性基层开裂,进而向上发展,沥青面层产生反射裂缝。现通过对单纯的半刚性基层沥青路面、增加应力吸收层和柔性基层ATB的复合半刚性基层沥青路面的裂缝情况进行调查和分析,提出工程可行的路面结构设计和施工建议。
The semi-rigid base asphalt pavement is the main structure type of high-grade highway and urban pavement in China,and has the advantages of better plate body,higher strength,able to effectively improve the bearing capacity of asphalt pavement structure and low engineering construction cost But the semi-rigid material has the insurmountable characters of air shrinkage and temperature shrinkage,which will lead to the cracks of semi-rigid base,and then the upward development.The reflection cracks appear on asphalt surface.According to the survey and analysis on the crack conditions of the pure semi-rigid base asphalt pavement and the semi-rigid base asphalt pavement composed of stress absorbing layer and flexible base ATB,the article puts forward the feasible engineering design and construction proposals of pavement structure.
