四冲程柴油机电控起动空气分配器的研究

摘要 传统的机械空气分配器存在着定时不精确、不能根据实时工况进气、易磨损泄漏等缺点。采用TMS320F2812DSP芯片作为处理器,利用TRD-NA1024NW光洋编码器采集曲轴转角信号,辅以相应的传输电路,可以准确控制气缸起动阀的启闭,使压缩空气在活塞处于膨胀行程上止点前后进入气缸,推动活塞下行,起动柴油机。 Traditional starting air distributors have defects such as inaccurate timing, air intake not according to the real-time condition and frequent appearance of wear or leakage. Using TMS320F2812 DSP chip as the processor and utilizing the TRD-NA1024 NW Koyo encoder to collect crank angle signal together with corresponding transmission circuit, the open and close of the starting valve can be correctly controlled. The compressed air will enter into the cylinder when the piston arrives at the top dead center during the expansion stroke, push the piston downward and start diesel engine in the meantime.
