山东省邹平县2013年流行性乙型脑炎聚集性疫情调查分析

Investigation and Analysis of Clusters of Japanese Encephalitis in Zouping County of Shandong Province,2013

目的分析山东省邹平县2013年流行性乙型脑炎（乙脑）流行病学特征,为防控乙脑提供科学依据。方法收集中国疾病预防控制信息系统乙脑监测信息报告管理系统2013年邹平县乙脑报告病例信息,采用描述流行病学方法分析其流行病学特征。结果 2013年邹平县报告乙脑病例22例,发病率为3.01/10万。发病时间为8~10月,其中9月份发病19例,占86.36%。45岁以上人群发病17例,占77.27%;农村地区发病21例,占95.45%;农民发病18例,占81.82%。结论邹平县乙脑以成人发病为主,应探索开展成人乙脑疫苗接种。

Objective To determine the epidemiological characteristics of Japanese Encephalitis（JE） in Zouping county,Shandong province in 2013,and to provide scientific evidence for JE prevention and control.Methods Descriptive epidemiological methods were used to analyze the epidemic situation of JE.Case data were collected from the China Information System for Disease Control and Prevention in2013.Results A total of 22 JE cases were reported in Zouping in 2013.All cases were reported between August and October.Among cases,86.36% occurred in September,77.27% occurred among those aged ≥45 years,65.45% occurred in rural areas,and 81.82% occurred among farmers.Conclusions Most JE cases were among adults in Zouping County.Immunization strategies for JE prevention among adults should be considered.
