BMP2和BMP4基因在草原红牛睾丸组织中的表达量分析 被引量:4

摘要 采用实时荧光定量PCR技术检测BMP2和BMP4基因在草原红牛1,12,18,30月龄4个发育阶段睾丸组织中的mRNA表达水平。旨在探讨该基因在草原红牛睾丸不同发育阶段的表达情况。结果表明:BMP2和BMP4基因在所检测的肉牛4个发育阶段睾丸组织中均有表达。BMP4基因1月龄表达量显著低于12,18,30月龄(P<0.05),12月龄表达量最高,随着月龄增加,表达量减少。而BMP2基因在出生阶段表达量最低,但是与其他3个阶段差异不显著(P>0.05),基因表达趋势也是12月龄表达量最高,然后随着月龄增加,表达量减少。 Abstract:The present study was designed to detect the expression of BMP2 and BMP4 mRNA in the testis tissues of 1,12,18 and 30 month age Red Steppe by real-time RT-PCR, The results showed that BMP2 and BMP4 mRNA was expressed in all of four stages, the experiment also found that BMP4 mRNA expression level was lower in testis of 1 month age(P〈0.05),the ex- pression level is the highest in 12 month age,and expression decreased with the month increased. But the expression level of BMP2 mRNA expression level was the lowest in testis of 1 month age, but difference is not significant(P〉0. 05) compared with 12 month age, 18 month age and 30 month age Red Steppe. BMP2 gene expression level is the highest expression level in 12 month age, then expression decreased with the month increased.
