摘要
应用SDS-聚丙烯酰胺凝胶电泳(SDS-PAGE)和电泳转移酶标免疫印斑技术(Western-blot)对卫氏并殖吸虫二倍体型和三倍体型成虫的蛋白质及其抗原性进行了比较研究。SDS-PAGE结果表明,两型虫株的结构蛋白质均具有基本相同的分子量。Westernblot的分析结果显示,两型虫株的主要抗原22.5KD蛋白质区带均能分别与狗、犬鼠和兔抗两型虫株血清反应;两型虫株的27/28/兆9KD蛋白质区带分别与狗抗两型虫株血清发生反应。本研究结果表明,卫氏并殖吸虫的二倍体型和三倍体型虫株的蛋白质及其抗原性之间存在着高度的同源性。
A comparative analysis of proteins and antigens of diploid and triploid Paragonimus westermani was performed by SDS-PAGE and westernblot technique. SDS-PAGE showed that the major structural proteins of diploid and triploid parasites had similar molecular weight values. The result presented in western-blot indicated that the major protein band of 22. 5KD of both diploid and triploid worms were strongly recognized by the antisera of dogs,rats and rabbits infected with either diploid or triploid P. westermani,respectively. The 27/28/29KD triplet of both diploid and triploid worms were reacted with the antisera of dogs infected with either diploid or triploid type,respectively. The evidence provided by this study demonstrated that there was extensive homology of the proteins and antigens between diploid and triploid Paragonimus westermani.
