基层医疗卫生机构医护人员情绪智力对情绪劳动策略的影响研究

Influence of Emotional Intelligence on Emotional Labor of Medical Staves in Primary Health Care Institutions

目的探讨基层医疗卫生机构医护人员情绪智力对情绪劳动的影响。方法整群随机抽取四川地区社区卫生服务中心和乡镇卫生院的医生和护士共1 170名,采用情绪智力量表和情绪劳动量表进行问卷调查。结果自我情绪评估负向预测表层扮演（P〈0.001）,正向预测深层扮演和自然表现（P〈0.001）;他人情绪评估正向预测表层扮演、深层扮演及自然表现（P〈0.001）;情绪调节、情绪运用均正向预测深层扮演、自然表现（P〈0.001,P〈0.001）。不同等级情绪智力的医护人员分别在深层扮演、自然表现维度上差异有显著性（P〈0.001,P〈0.001）。结论情绪智力对情绪劳动各表现策略的影响不同,可针对医护人员情绪智力的特点,有效改善其情绪劳动策略。

OBJECTIVE To investigate the impact of emotional intelligence on emotional labor of medical staves in primary health care institutions. METHODS Using cluster random sampling method to select 1 170 doctors and nurses of township central hospitals and community health service centers in Sichuan province for questionnaire survey with emotional intelligence scale and emotional labor scale. RESULTS Self-assessment of emotion negatively predicted surface acting strategy（P〈0.001）, and positively predicted deep and natural acting strategy（P〈0.001）; assessment of others mood positively predicted surface, deep and natural acting strategy（P〈0.001）; both the use of emotion and emotional regulation positively predicted deep and natural acting strategy（P〈0.001, P〈0.001）.In both deep and natural acting strategy, the differences of medical staves of different levels of emotional intelligence were striking.CONCLUSION The effect on each emotional labor strategy of emotional intelligence was different. It could effectively improve emotional labor strategies of metical staves based on their emotional intelligence features.
