摘要
目的了解佛山市顺德区中小学生的营养知识、态度和膳食行为现状,为开展营养健康教育及干预提供依据。方法采用自制的学生营养KAP调查问卷,采用整群随机抽样方法,抽取顺德区11所中小学共941名学生进行营养知识、态度及行为调查。结果小学生和中学生的营养知识及格率分别为55.6%和68.3%;大部分的中小学生有良好的营养态度,期望运用营养知识来改善自身存在的不良饮食习惯;小学生和中学生的营养行为及格率分别为36.0%和28.7%,在早餐行为、饮食习惯、零食行为和运动习惯上均存在程度不一的缺陷。结论要加强营养知识的宣传教育,引导中小学生树立健康饮食观,养成良好的健康饮食行为。
OBJECTIVE To investigate the nutrition knowledge,attitude and behavior of primary and middle school students in Shunde District of Foshan and provide scientific basis for the design and invention of nutritional education. METHODS A KAP questionnaire survey was conducted among 941 primary and middle school students who came from 11 schools in Shunde District of Foshan by using the multi-stratified cluster sampling approach. RESULTS Primary and middle school students' correct rate of nutritional knowledge were 55.6% and 68.3%,respectively. Most students had proper nutritional attitude. They expected to use nutritional knowledge to improve their poor diets and eating habits. Primary and middle school students' correct rate of dietary behavior were 36.0% and28.7%, respectively. On the breakfast behavior, eating habits, snacks behavior and exercise habits defects existed in varying degrees. CONCLUSION Effective nutrition health education should be developed among students to establish healthy nutritional attitude and foster healthy eating practices.
