摘要
目的了解上海市浦东新区南郊2型糖尿病视网膜病变（DR）患病率及相关危险因素。方法对纳入糖尿病管理系统的2型糖尿病患者开展问卷调查和免散瞳眼底照相,采用χ^2检验统计分析与患病率相关的影响因素,运用logistic回归分析DR危险因素。结果上海市浦东新区南郊2型糖尿病患者DR患病率为10.51%;与DR患病有关的因素是年龄、糖尿病病程、空腹血糖和血糖控制措施。logistic回归分析显示,病程长和空腹血糖高是糖尿病合并DR的危险因素。结论上海市浦东新区南郊2型糖尿病患者DR患病率较低,病程长和空腹血糖高是DR患病的危险因素。
OBJECTIVE To investigate the prevalence and risk factors of diabetic retinopathy（DR） among type 2 diabetic patients in the southern suburb of Shanghai Pudong New Area. METHOD The type 2 diabetic patients In diabetes management were carried out the questionnaire survey and nonmydriatic digital fundus photography, the influence factor of DR were analyzed by statistical analysis technique of chi-square and logistic regression analysis. RESULTS The overall prevalence of DR in type 2 diabetic patients was10.51% in the southern suburb of Shanghai Pudong New Area, and the age and duration of diabetes and the fasting plasma glucose leve1 and the blood sugar control measures were concerned with the morbidity of DR, the course of disease and the FBG were the risk factors of DR in logistic regression analysis. CONCLUSION The prevalence rate of DR among the type 2 diabetic patients in the southern suburb of Shanghai Pudong New Area was the lower level. And the DR risk factors were found to include duration of diabetes and fasting plasma glucose level.
