南宁市2014年基层医疗卫生机构传染病报告质量和管理现状调查

Survey on Quality and Management Status of Communicable Disease Reporting in Primary Medical Institutions in Nanning,2014

目的了解南宁市基层医疗卫生机构传染病信息报告质量和报告管理工作现状,以提高传染病报告质量和规范传染病报告管理工作。方法调查南宁市50家基层医疗卫生机构2014年1—11月门诊日志和出入院登记,抽查8例法定传染病病例,核对门诊日志和出入院登记、传染病纸质报告卡及网络直报系统电子卡片三者之间的信息,计算传染病漏报率、及时报告率、报告卡填写完整率和准确率以及报告卡与网络报告信息一致率。结果调查传染病病例338例,漏报率为2.07%,乙、丙类传染病漏报告率分别为1.75%和2.23%。及时报告率为99.70%,纸质报告卡填写完整率为96.07%,纸质报告卡填写准确率为83.99%,与网络报告信息一致率为92.15%。结论南宁市基层医疗卫生机构传染病漏报率较低,但与其他城市比较还有一定的差距。应加强传染病报告管理和报告培训工作,健全机制,规范基层医疗卫生机构门诊日志和出入院登记的填写,全面提高传染病信息的报告质量。

OBJECTIVE To evaluate the quality of notifiable communicable disease reporting in primary medical institutions in Nanning. METHODS The survey was conducted in medical institutions in Nanning from January 2014 to November by outpatient logs and admission registers. 8 cases of notifiable communicable diseases were checked to evaluate the underreporting rate, timeliness rate,completeness and accuracy of reporting cards and concordance rate of electronic reporting. RESULTS A total of 338 cases was surveyed. The overall underreporting rate was 2.07%, in particular, 1.75% of diseases in class B and 2.23% of diseases in class C. The overall timeliness rate was 99.70%. The completeness and accuracy of reporting cards were respectively 96.07% and 83.99%. The concordance rate of electronic reporting was 92.15%. CONCLUSION The overall underreporting rate of communicable diseases in medical institutions in Nanning was low, but there were gaps when compared to underreporing rates in other cities. It was necessary to improve the reporting quality by strengthening management and training, normalize the work of outpatient logs and admission registers and improve the reporting quality of communicable disease information.
