石氏熏洗方配合功能锻炼治疗肩周炎粘连前期的疗效观察

Curative Effect Obserbvation of Early Period of Shoulder Adhesion Treated by Shi's Washing Decoction Combined with Functional Exercise

目的探讨石氏熏洗方配合功能锻炼对肩周炎粘连前期的治疗作用。方法本研究采用对照设计方法,治疗组用石氏熏洗方配合功能锻炼治疗肩周炎2周,对照组用扶他林乳胶剂外涂配合功能锻炼治疗2周,用视觉模拟评分法(visasl ana-loguescale,VAS)、Melle评分记录治疗前后症状积分变化,对比并观察疗效。结果两组治疗前VAS、Melle评分无统计学差异,治疗2周后,治疗组VAS(4.14±0.729)分、Melle(4.64±0.921)分,对照组VAS(6.16±0.650)分、Melle(6.42±0.906)分,治疗组明显优于对照组(P<0.01)。结论石氏熏洗方是治疗肩周炎粘连前期的有效方剂。

OBJECTIVE to discuss the therapeutic effect of painful stage of periarthritis of shoulder by Shi＇s washing decoction combined with functional exercise. METHOD It used a control design method. The patients of treatment group was treated by Shi＇s washing decoction combined with functional exercise for 2 weeks. The patients of control group was treated by Voltaren Emulgel applied topically combined with functional exercise. Using the visual analog scale（VAS） and the Melle sacle to mark the changing of Symptoms before and after the treatment. It compared and observe the therapeutic effect. RESULTS Before the treatment,there was no statistical difference in VAS and Melle of treatment group and control group. After two weeks treatment, VAS of treatment group was4.14±0.729,and Melle was 4.64±0.921. While VAS of control group was 6.16±0.650,and Melle was 6.42±0.906. Treatment group was superior to control group（P〈0.01）. CONCLUSION Shi＇s washing decoction is a effect treatment on early period of shoulder adhesion.
